“Angel” - Nick Wagen

I love listening to the progression not only of Nick Wagen as a songwriter, but as a producer, as well. The Chicago-based singer/songwriter has been releasing music independently since August 2019 and his confidence has clearly grown over the past six years. His latest offering, “Angel,” is a cool mid-tempo and vaguely mid-’80s pop number that feels straight out of an ‘80s teen flick. It’s such a soothing listen that I find myself popping it on whenever my day gets a little too hectic. If you’re having a stressful day, I recommend you doing the same!
