“Cutterpillow” - Ena Mori

Ena Mori’s cover of The Eraserheads’ 1995 title track from their “Cutterpillow” LP, bests the original by far. The original is a stripped-down Violent Femmes meets Moldy Peaches track, whereas Ena Mori’s version is a fully-realized indie pop gem. And who can resist a cute song about a fat cat? Amiright?
