“Look What You Did” - Ribbon Skirt

I’m a sucker for that early ‘80s style of new wave bratty sing-song female vocal delivery. On “Look What You Did” by Ribbon Skirt, lead vocalist, Tashiina Bushwa nails it perfectly. The mix of bouncy drums and bass, punctuated by gritty, melodic, guitar flourishes really captures a feeling; and clocking in at just over two minutes, it begs to be listened to again and again.
